I love these cookies! The crumbs issue noted in other reviews speaks to the "different" nature of gluten-free flours. They don't have the "glue" (gluten) that makes the ingredients hold together after mixing. It seems some changes have been made to the recipe as noted by the blue package. They hold together better. I appreciate that they are dairy and soy free as well. Soy is a deal-breaker for me; but lactase enzyme works for my lactose intolerance. AND, rice pudding is a terrific accompaniment to these cookies. I dip mine into the pudding to make a scrumptious snack. Calories and calcium in one snack - I couldn't ask for anything more. It’s hard to find vegan, gluten-free cookies that also taste great. These soft chocolate chip cookies by Nani Sweets are pretty amazing. They don’t stay together very well making them quite messy (so far every one our family has eaten has been a bit crumbled in its package), but the texture and flavor is perfect! Lots of chocolate chips in these too! And no weird aftertastes from the GF flours as with some GF cookies. I love that these fit all our dietary needs and preferences (even Kosher and non-GMO). The individual packages mean everyone gets a whole cookie worth even with the crumbles; plus they travel really well. I love them!

These cookies taste amazing! You can't even tell that they are gluten-free or vegan. Normally when I see those labels, I brace myself for something tasteless and with a bad consistency, but these cookies break that stereotype. They are soft, delicious, and melt in your mouth. These cookies will surprise you!

This cookie tastes pretty good, I would love finding this in a lunch box. It big, soft, and thick. The chocolate chunks are pretty big, which makes the cookie feel moist. The only problem is that it's kind of fragile. If it's tossed carelessly into a bag to snack on later, it might be mostly crumbs. I'm a fairly careful eater so I can make due. If anything, this cookie is perfect for cookie crumb topping for ice cream.
